Sun in Gemini, Aquarius Rising, Moon in Virgo, Venus in Gemini, Mars in Taurus, Mercury in Taurus, Black Moon in Cancer (House VI). I’ll make a post about rising signs and the black moon soon. Look for the gemini sun + virgo moon post i reposted a few days ago. There’s also a post about Venus in the elements (air in your case), and Mercury in Taurus, use the tags to find them!
Mars in the fixed sign of Taurus lends stability and patience. You outlast others, as you persist until you get what you want. You’re careful about what you commit to, because you stick with a plan until it’s completed. You are sometimes slow-moving, but more thorough in whatever you do. Mars in Taurus people are often rather sensual people. You are naturally seductive, as a creature of pleasure who is at home in the body. You enjoy extended intimate foreplay, with senses heightened to touch, smell, taste and sound. It is important that you control your strength and that you display more flexibility. It is good to persevere in one’s efforts, but not in one’s errors.
Famous guys with Sun in Gemini + Aquarius Rising are Shia Labeouf, Michael J Fox, Aaaron Johnson and Harvey Milk.
SUN – represents your Soul, or inner character, your individuality in relationship to the Divine Plan. Its aspects reveal strong character traits and chief ambitions.
MOON – represents your emotional nature, subconscious and instinctual patterns (stemming from prior lifetimes), your emotional qualities and needs. The MOON represents the sum total of your past lives.
MERCURY – represents your intellect, or reasoning mind—the link between Spirit and Form, your communication skills. MERCURY is the “Messenger of the Gods.” Its closest aspect is very important.
VENUS – represents your love nature. Venus is the planet of harmony, beauty, refinement, cooperation, appreciation of the arts, and unity. Its basic personality purpose is to assist you in developing an awareness of others.
MARS – represents your desire nature. MARS grants you the desire to take action, to accomplish and progress in the external world. MARS is the planet of war—with self and others—your personal “battle of Armageddon” for self-mastery.
JUPTIER – represents your Higher Mind or Intuition, your conscience and spiritual interests. JUPITER is the great Benefic. The only negative influence it can have is to give the tendency to exaggerate or take on too much. JUPITER’s basic personality function is to stimulate an interest in your spiritual growth.
SATURN – is the Tester, the Disciplinarian, the Teacher, the Dweller on the Threshold of Higher Consciousness. SATURN’s goal for you is perfection. SATURN assists you in bearing and transmuting your negative karma and enables you, through its discipline, to attain the level of perfection that will allow you to continue your Soul’s journey onto higher planes of consciousness. SATURN works with you to create an Ascended Master.
(Because they move so slowly, the following Planets’ house locations and aspects are more important than the zodiac sign in which they are located).
URANUS – is the Awakener. URANUS’ influences grow increasingly positive as you learn the lessons of SATURN. URANUS is the planet of sudden, unexpected changes that compel you to get out of your ruts, to move beyond the status quo. Conjunctions and oppositions to URANUS are very important. URANUS can indicate genius capacity in certain areas.
NEPTUNE – is the Dissolver. It dissolves old habit patterns in order to create new, more spiritually oriented life patterns. NEPTUNE relates to altered states of consciousness. It rules the astral plane and is highly emotional on the personality level. Lifted to the soul level, NEPTUNE is the planet of mysticism, highly intuitive and artistic. A strong NEPTUNE in your natal chart can indicate deep sensitivity and a dislike of our society’s coarse, hard nature. NEPTUNE, on the soul level, grants an attunement to and contact with higher realms and beings. It is essential to lift NEPTUNE to the soul level; otherwise, NEPTUNE will influence you toward illusions, addictions, and confusion.
PLUTO – is the Transformer. It breaks down structures in order to renew, reveal, arouse to more constructive action, and to bring about a higher level of consciousness. PLUTO is very intense. It rules death of all kinds—death to the old and resurrection to the new. Its disruptions can be subtle, sudden, and powerful. PLUTO’s influence can be difficult until you conquer your ego and lift your consciousness to the soul level. Its work is to transform you into your true Self.

Understanding Your Birth Chart
So you have generated your personal birth chart, what now? When you are first faced with an Astrological Chart you can be somewhat puzzled. Don’t worry, take your time it’s not as complicated as it seems at first glance.
I have created a basic birth chart for Johnny Depp in one of the free natal chart generators available online, to help you understand different parts of the chart.
Sun, Moon and the Planets: Each planet has it’s own individual character, qualities and energies and they all interact differently with every sign in the zodiac. To understand your chart fully you not only need to understand zodiac signs but also the characteristics of the Planets. Their placement shows drives and energies in your psyche.
The Aspects: These are geometric relationships that the planets have with each other. They will help you understand how they conflict or work together.
Mars for example, represents the forceful, outgoing, aggressive side. Saturn represents the security-seeking, self-disciplined side. While everyone experiences some tension between these two principles, an individual with a Mars-Saturn square (a conflict aspect) in her or his chart experiences this conflict in an exaggerated manner, often overrepressing outgoing, aggressive urges and at other times exploding with impulsive action or words.
A trine, on the other hand, represents the easy flow of energy between two points; so a person with a Mars-Saturn trine would find that these two facets of the personality work together easily, bringing patience and discipline (Saturn) to the side of ambitious aggression (Mars), and vice versa.
The Twelve Houses: Check out in which houses your planets/signs are located. Sign traits indicate internal, psychological factors, while house traits indicate external factors, as well as how personality traits manifest themselves in the world.
House Cusps: Theoretical boundary lines between two Houses, similar to the Sign Cusps.
Ascendant: Generally, the Ascendant, the sign on the cusp of the First House, is considered the most important of all the signs on house cusps. It seems, more then any other, to synthesize or summarize our outward reactions. The exact meaning of ascendant is far from easy to define. It is a kind of half-intuitive. half-empirical way in which we learn to present ourselves to the world. It is the “act” we put on for other people, partly as a result of our sense of our inner potentials, partly through experience of what works. It is not usually a concious act, though. It is more or less automatic, but we can become aware of it and so modify it to some extent.
Midheaven: It’s the most elevated degree of the zodiac in your chart. It is the cusp of the 10th house; the house of career and success. Depending on the sign it tells you about the kind of life you desire or the kind of person you aspire to be. It describes your ambitions, the way you seek success, and how you view authority.
It must be remembered that for every planet beyond Saturn house position has greater weight than sign position and aspects because Uranus, Neptune and Pluto stay in each sign for so long that they have only a general back-ground effect on the person as far as the sign is concerned. For example Uranus in Leo won’t add much to the “Leo effect” in the chart, but Uranus in the Fifth house will definitely be felt.
Neptune: ruler of Pisces

‘It’s the era of the spiritual awakening. Neptune in Pisces in a few days: For Geminis and Sagittarius, Sun and Ascendant, a new way of communicating with yourself and others it’s about to begin’.
Via Mia Astral
I think you just have to drag the cursor on top of each planet symbol and the software will tell you what sign it is in (the sign appears in the upper part of the picture).
Your Sun is who you are NOW, your psychology and your life purpouse. Your solar sign or star sign is the sign that you’ve known your whole life. If you’re a Gemini, that’s where your Sun is. The rest of the planets have different meanings, like the Moon represent our emotions, and Venus represents how do we love and what makes us happy. You rising sign is how you present yourself to the world. You might be a Gemini but you look like and Aquarius to others. Aquarius Ascendnant or Aquarius Rising means that you’re original, friendly and likeable. You feel different or special and you can be a pretty fixed in your ideas. You respect everyone and treat everyone as equals. You also live a little more in the future than in the present.
It’s common for every sign to get depressed sometimes, Gemini is no exception. What is not that normal is to stay depressed for long periods of time. A Gemini who dwells in sadness is ignoring completely the positive (extroverted) energies of the Sun in Gemini (there are negative polarities and positive polarities and Gemini has a positive one) so the gemini in question must be experiencing something really really sad, or there must be a negative influence in his or her birth chart that is controling him, like a powerfull moon (emotions) or a planet in a difficult position.
Having planets in the 12th house (isolation) conjunct the ascendant creates contradictory energies in the person. Having many many planets in water signs can make a person too nostalgic or over-emotional. Having too many planets in earth signs can make him or her too realistic and therefore pessimistic. A powerfull influence from Venus can also make the person too ‘aware’ of solitude, and very afraid of loneliness. You see, there are many things that can make a Gemini sad, and one can figure them out through a study of one’s birth chart. Use this link to get yours done, so you can learn about your moon sign and your planets and learn to dominate them.
Finally, some Geminis aren’t mature enough to face the challenges of life, just yet. If there’s a sign that finds it hard to grow up, that is Gemini. This ‘inmmaturity’ can make us feel that we’re the only ones with problems or make us very cynical about them. It’s a bit worrying because we’re a very talented sign and self-pity is in most cases a complete waste of time. It’s part of Gemini’s journey to grow up, and the more we focus on developing our possitve traits, the negatives will decrease.
In a first stage of the cosmic growth, Geminis attention focuses a lot on himself or herself. We believe that mutual comprehension is not possible and we feel alienated. We also feel that our opinions are the absolute truth. This can isolate us for sure, but there’s a second stage in our spiritual growth that teach us (through relationship with others and facing life responsabilities) that we must listen and learn. We are smart and eloquent for a reason and we need to share our knowledge and our ‘light’ with the world. We grow up when we start doing things instead of just thinking them. Leo Charles Horton said that ‘Unless a capacity for thinking be accompanied by a capacity for action, a superior mind exists in torture’. This can apply to any air sign, but specially to us. That is why is so important to find out the best way to express ourselves, to create and share, and to surround ourselves with possitive people.
Read my post about Air Signs, so you can understand more about Gemini’s emotional nature, and click on the Myth tag too so you can understand more about our ‘mood swings’ (which aren’t as bad as other signs, actually).
I have read many things about this subject, but nothing very conclusive. The thing is that you can’t really tell a person’s sexual orientation based on his or her chart, just like you can’t read his or her sex. You can read many things about the person’s sexuality in his or her birth chart, like when Uranus (lol) is in a particular position, it means that that person needs to express his or her sexuality in a different way, and the position of Lillith (the dark moon) reveals a hidden or ‘dark’ desire, emotion or even a different ‘self’, which can result in some inclination or habit. But this signs are equally present in birth charts of bisexual, homosexual and heterosexual people, so there’s really no difference.
That being said! i think that Gemini may have a universal aproach to sex, but not because of a specific tendency, but because of 1. Our natural curiosity and 2. Our cosmic heritage.
Gemini is the 3rd sign of the zodiac, which represents a very early stage in the development of the human experience. This is the stage where children start communicating and knowing the world by themselves. This childlike fascination with the body, sex, pleasure, beauty, etc. makes us very open to try different things, just to understand them. We just need to know how things work, and why. We learn many things from sex, and we always want to learn more. This is also linked to our natural curiosity. Curiosity is at it’s peak in this stage, so we’re definitely inclined to look around and to search for variety in our sex lives (which may result in bisexuality in some cases).
Our mythologycal heritage also explains lots of things about Gemini’s allure and sex life. Being the heirs of Castor and Pollux’s duality (for the complete story, check the ‘Myth’ tag), we are in a way, half mortals and half gods/goddesses or demi-gods/demi-goddesses. This ethereal, angelical look that we have (which manifest more clearly in birth charts with air or fire signs on them), makes some Geminis universally attractive and some others downright androgynous (i have many anecdotes about straight guys hitting on me and stuff, since i was in highschool, but i guess is not the right time to tell them…).
This duality not only makes us ‘cute’ enough to be liked by both sexes (i actually would say Aquarius, Pisces, Libra and Virgo are usually a lot cuter, but it depends), it also makes both sexes very atractive to us (again, many signs like Scorpio and Aries, find both sexes very attractive, but they feel it for diferent reasons, like power or lust or because of powerfull emotions). The twins loves to be entertained, and we don’t discriminate the entertainer. That can make some Geminis go bi for sure, but it’s not a general thing. Some Geminis will identify a lot with all of this (be able to appreciate the sex appeal of many people) but won’t be actually bisexual.
Astrology can explain many things about sexuality and sexual behaviour though. Some signs are masculine energies, some have femenine energies, etc. To understand more about your sex life and your sex choices, you have to look or Venus and Mars in your chart. I’ll make a post about that. Thanks for the question, i’ll love to have some feedback about it!
